Comfortable and convenient stay in Condesa. Positive: Great location and very spacious Negative: The apartment was very sparse and lacked character or warmth and it was also a bit loud from neighbours at night but honestly compared to other city apartments not bad.

Hält was es verspricht Positive: Große und saubere Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine. Negative: Eher kleine Betten, wenig Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Loved the location,the space and ease of entry-wish there had been fans for the bedrooms Positive: Clean,great location,nice and roomy Super comfortable beds!! Negative: There weren’t screens on the windows and I didn’t want to let bugs in -it was very stuffy and hard to sleep-a fan in each bedroom would make a huge difference

Unless you are well acclimatized to CDMX don’t stay here Positive: Two bedrooms with lots of space. Negative: We stayed in apt 10, 3 flights up with no elevator…which may not bother some but coming from LA sea level the first day is always a challenge. The apartment has no A/C or heating of any kind they provided one fan which was better than nothing but the apartment was too hot and humid to get a good sleep. With the windows open there was a lot of noise. We decided to bail after one miserable night and went to a local hotel that offered much less space, had a/c and a few elevators. We paid the price for a hotel room that offered tranquility after the heat, humidity, bad air, and chaos of Mexico City.
