Average rental with lots of room for improvement. Positive: The location for walkability was great, easy to get to the park and restaurants. Negative: There were a few items that didn't meet our expectations: 1) Cleanliness, on the surface it seemed clean however the comforters had questionable stains, the coffee pot had mold, and it smelled musty in the rental. 2) The noise level wasn't properly shared, the windows are thin, its above a restaurant which could be heard easily, and the noise from Saturday night really affected our sleep. 3) The stairs up were very slippery, especially if there was water from the rain on your shoes. It was hard for my parents to go up the stairs. 4) The messaging with the property owners. Although they provided the needed information, when I reached out to request to pay for a later check out, there was no response and only scripted messages. 5) The shower was poor, it didn't provide a good shower since it was only a singular spray which was challenging to rinse.

Positive: Location is excellent and the building is very safe. I did not see any neighbors at all. It is quiet within the building. Room is spacious. Negative: Beds in both bedrooms are full size. They can comfortably sleep 1 person but would be very tight for 2 people.

Great location Positive: Great location, within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Negative: It’s above a restaurant, the smells from the food come in through the bedroom window. The music is loud as they are closing down the restaurant.
