Positive: Beautifully located, clean, well equipped. Great communication with the host.

Can't wait to go back to this lovely apartment in the best neighborhood! Positive: Safe, quiet and shaded location near excellent restaurants. Very comfortable beds - I slept well. Dog friendly neighborhood helped me get over missing my dog. Excellent communications with property manager. Negative: A hook in the bathroom for damp towels would be nice.

Great location comfortable and relaxing Positive: Amazing location great to walk around. Very calm area but with plenty of restaurants and shops. Negative: The owners are less responsive than the staff but the staff Mari and Valentine are on site and terrific.

Very disappointing conditions lacking basic hot water and heat, not a comfortable stay. Positive: Location, nice space layout Negative: No hot water each day. Had to phone the host Valentin every day to come and get it started, but it never came on in the kitchen area so we couldn’t get the dishes clean. One of us left for a nearby hotel to be able to have a daily hot shower. I had several sponge baths with cold water and could only wash my hair just after the host came and turned it on. But it never remained hot for the rest of the day!! Also,it was too cold during the evening and morning. The host finally brought us a space heater on the third day.
